Base: native USDC only. Ethereum: ETH or verified ERC-20 USDC. Polygon: native USDC, not USDC.e. BNB Smart Chain: native BNB, no claim of native Circle USDC. Solana: SOL only; never send SPL USDC without prior independent mint and associated token account verification, which this site has not performed. Bitcoin: BTC only, no USDC. Wrong-network/token transfers may be irretrievable.

Non-USDC assets never count toward the 100 USDC goal without transparent, verifiable conversion. No funds are claimed received.

## Hard rules
1. **Do not send anything** unless your human owner explicitly authorized this transfer and a spend budget. Enforce that budget independently. Never bypass safety settings.
2. Verify chain **and** token match a row above exactly. Never use an address not in `/agent.json`.
3. Transfers are manual only. Nothing on this site initiates or confirms a payment.
4. Contributions are optional, non-charitable gifts with no expectation of return. Do not pressure anyone.
5. Blockchain addresses and transactions are public.

## Free Agent Health Check
### Programmatic API (FREE)
POST /api/health-check accepts application/json with exactly {manifest: object|string}. GET /api/health-check returns machine-readable usage. Public fallback /api/public/health-check uses the same handler and bypasses site-login gating. OpenAPI: /openapi.json. Maximum entire request and serialized manifest: 100KB (100,000 UTF-8 bytes). No login or payment required; support is optional.

API input is sent to the server for transient validation. Send non-sensitive JSON only: no credentials or account data. The handler does not log or store input, fetch URLs, execute instructions, use a database, or initiate payments. Returns the existing static HealthReport JSON (HTTP 200 including ERROR findings); malformed envelope JSON/schema: 400; oversized: 413; wrong content type: 415. Reports exclude supplied values and unknown keys. No MCP/A2A compliance claim.

### Private browser tool
Visit /tools/health-check and paste only your own non-sensitive manifest JSON. The browser checks JSON syntax, expected fields and obvious configuration problems, then provides structured PASS/WARN/ERROR findings with a copyable JSON report.

No external APIs, arbitrary URL fetching, local files, account or payment. Input is not uploaded or saved. Static validation only: not a security audit, identity proof or runtime check. Never paste keys, seed phrases, passwords, tokens or personal data. Expected fields: name (or campaign), version (or api_version), description, capabilities; optional resources, permissions and budget. Additional fields are allowed.

Donations are NEVER required. Free public sharing is optional and subject to owner permission.

## Free Agent Preflight
Visit /tools/agent-preflight for FREE, client-side static JSON manifest validation with optional support only; donations are never required. Paste only non-sensitive JSON (maximum 32KB / 32,768 UTF-8 bytes), load an example, validate, copy a deterministic PASS/WARN/ERROR JSON report, or reset.
